Welcome to the National Reintegration Center for Overseas Filipino Workers (NRCO), a one-stop shop for all reintegration programs and services of the government. This is the Department of Labor and Employment’s strategic response to the various issues on migration and development, particularly those concerning brain drain and social costs of overseas employment. Each of the streams of reintegration—personal, community and economic—is addressed by a corresponding organizational unit of the Center, manned by specialists of the DOLE’s various organization units and attached agencies operating under the Single Agency Approach.

* PNB: OWN A PHILIPPINE HOME LOAN PROGRAM for OFWs and Non-OFW (Added Mar 22 2007)

This loan facility is open to all Filipinos and non-Filipinos residing and working overseas who are interested in purchasing residential real estate (lot, house & lot, condominium, townhouse or rowhouse) in the Philippines. The loan may also be availed of for purposes of constructing a house on a lot owned by the borrower, improvement on an existing house owned by the borrower and refinancing of a Philippine Peso home mortgage loan. Borrowers may avail of only one loan.
